After we have received your order, it will take 1-2 working days before your order is dispatched, as long as the goods are in stock. You will receive a shipment confirmation by email with a tracking number on your package.

Unfortunately, we do not always have an overview of when or if a sold-out item will be back in stock. If the item is still available on the website, you can enter your email address on the product page to receive a notification when it is available again.
We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal and Klarna.
It may be that the amount is not large enough to receive a repayment of up to 36 months.
Here is the minimum order value for different repayment plans:
3 months - NOK 250
6 months - NOK 2,500
12 months - NOK 5,000
24 months - NOK 10,000
36 months - NOK 15,000
Klarna will send you an updated invoice as soon as we have received and processed your return. If you see that the payment deadline is about to expire, you can ask Klarna to pause the invoice, instructions on how to do this can be found here
If you choose to pay the invoice, you will be refunded the amount by Klarna within 5-7 working days after we have processed your return.
The invoice is sent by email a few days after you have made your purchase. If you have not received an invoice after three working days, check your spam/junk mail first before contacting us at support@miningtech.no
There are various reasons for this, contact Klarna's customer service to find the reason in your case.
When you choose to pay by invoice/deferred payment, a credit check must be carried out by Klarna before you can choose this option.
Once you have been notified that we have received your return, the refund will be made in the same way as you originally paid for your purchase:

Refunds are made within 2-5 working days.
PayPal
The refund is made to your PayPal account within 2-5 working days.
Invoice
Refunds are made within 5-7 working days.
The shipping price varies depending on how large your order is and which delivery option you choose. To find out the shipping price, you must proceed to checkout where you will get a shipping calculation.
Normal delivery time is 1-2 weeks. When there are sales periods and holidays, the post can have a slightly longer delivery time.
If it is urgent, we also offer express delivery. ASIC miners and order items might take from 1-3 weeks. (Or as long time as note on the product)

Yes, if you are ordering from abroad you will need to pay customs duties in your country. If you are ordering from Norway, tax will be automatically calculated when ordering with your local postal code.

In the event of visible damage when you pick up the package at the pick-up point, you must notify the dispatcher and fill in a damage form. If you discover damage after you have received the package, you must report it to MiningTech's customer service within 24 hours to our e-mail: support@miningtech.no
Photos of the damage and of the packaging the item was delivered in must be attached. This is so that we can document the damage further to Posten.
For Norway: If you do not pick up the package, you will be charged a fee of NOK 150. Please contact customer service if you regret your purchase. For World wide: You may be charged with local fee´s from shipping company.

Yes, you are responsible for the return costs yourself if you wish to return an item.
Go to this link. There you can register your return and will shortly receive a prepaid return label. Stick the label on the package and hand it in at your local post office.
