1. General provisions

This privacy policy contains how processes personal data and applies to all personal data you provide on the website. MiningTech AS is responsible for the processing of personal data you provide and must ensure that it is handled in accordance with Current legislation.

2. Personal data

2.1 What information we collect

Card numbers are not stored beyond what is necessary to ensure the handling of orders and it is not possible for Miningtech AS to see your entire card number in any of our systems. If you wish to pay by invoice, partial payment or deferred payment, Klarna carries out a credit check based on your social security number.


2.3 Your rights

At any time, you have the right to access your personal data that has registered about you. You can ask to have this information either sent, corrected or deleted. Note that we can only delete information that we are not obliged to keep in accordance with current legislation or other obligations we have, such as accounting. You must have the information sent in a secure manner, unless otherwise stated, it will be sent in electronic form.
